Ken brings over 30 years of experience successfully supporting a diverse range of healthcare organizations from some of the best and most respected health systems to some of the smallest Critical Access hospitals in the United States. Working closely with both consulting firms and public accounting firms, Ken understands how to build complicated programs from presentation to implementation to successful result.
Prior to joining HCS Consulting, Ken was a partner with Kenneth Michael and Associates, a leading executive search firm specializing in delivering executive level financial and revenue cycle professionals to hospital systems nationwide. Previously, Ken was a partner with Burlington Wells, a regional A&F executive search firm, and an instrumental part of its tremendous growth before being acquired by Monster.com / TMPWorldwide. A proven healthcare Human Capital Management and Consulting executive, Ken focuses on developing strong relationships to ensure successful project management and achievement of client goals. Ken saw the potential to deliver dynamic programs in Revenue Integrity and Revenue Cycle Management and made the decision to join HCS Consulting to better serve and meet the expanding needs of today’s healthcare organizations.
Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Accounting from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. He is also deeply committed to working with the Southeastern Guide Dogs where he has held roles in business development, fund raising, and is an active board member.
